Vegan Veggie Pizza
Vegan Pesto & Veggie Pizza

12” pizza dough
½ cup pizza sauce
½ cup Florida Fresh Herbs Basil Pesto
1 cup fresh broccoli, trimmed
¼ red onion, sliced thin
½ cup canned peas, drained and rinsed
½ avocado, sliced thin
1 cup Florida Fresh Herbs Arugula

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and pat or roll into a round. Transfer crust to a lightly greased pizza pan. If pre-baking is needed, follow package directions. Spread tomato sauce on the crust and bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and spread pesto, broccoli, onion, and canned peas onto the crust. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Top with sliced avocado and fresh arugula. Serve immediately and enjoy!
