Shrimp Pesto Pasta
1 package of spaghetti
1 Tbsp olive oil
12/15 raw frozen shrimp, thawed
12 oz. basil pesto (recipe here)
Florida Fresh Herbs Basil for garnish
Optional: parmesan cheese for garnish
Prepare pasta according to package directions and set aside. Heat olive oil over medium heat in a sauté pan, and add shrimp. Sauté for two minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Over medium heat, return the pasta to a large pot and add basil pesto until hot. Toss in shrimp to incorporate. Transfer to bowls and add Florida Fresh Herbs Basil and parmesan cheese to garnish. Serve immediately and enjoy!
