Fresh Mozarella Pearls
First, slice grape tomatoes and olives. Next, press your mozzarella pearls to give them a flatter appearance. Then, lay out your basil leaves on whatever serving dish you wish to use. Place tomato slices on top of each basil leaf, then a mozzarella pearl, and then an olive slice. They should all resemble eerie little eyeballs! Top with balsamic reduction, serve, and enjoy!
