Arugula Bagel Breakfast Sandwich
1 bagel of your choice (we suggest an everything bagel)
2 tbsp cream cheese
1 small avocado, sliced
½ tomato, sliced
½ cup Florida Fresh Herbs Arugula
Salt & pepper to taste
Cut bagel in half and toast to desired crispness. Spread cream cheese on both sides. Layer avocado and tomatoes on half of the bagel; top with Florida Fresh Herbs Arugula. Add salt & pepper to taste. Serve immediately and enjoy!
