1 1/2 ounces gold rum
1 1/2 ounces fresh lime juice or 1 lime, cut into wedges
6 mint leaves
6 ounces spiced apple cider
In a tall cocktail glass combine rum, mint, and lime wedges. Use a muddler or the handle of a wooden spoon to mash. Add ice and then apple cider. Garnish with little apple slices, cinnamon sticks, and mint sprigs. Serve, and enjoy!
